Nando’s – a company being aligned with its values

Have a look at Nando’s website ( and see how their website content is consistent with their values – pride, passion, courage, integrity and family (one I haven’t seen before). And they have grown in size from 0 to over 200 restaurants since 1992 with active plans to continue to expand.

I don’t work for them or have any financial links with them. I do like to find businesses that demonstrate the benefits of putting into practice their values, including business success and happy employees.
